The AJ-1000 combines the easy operation of a large format printer with the high-volume capabilities of a grand format printer. At 2.6m (104”) wide maximum print speed of 90m2/hr and a precision print speed of 45m2/h, the AJ-1000 is the perfect production printer for a wide range of outdoor graphics including banners, billboards, front- and backlits, fleet graphics, and more. Every AJ-1000 comes with VersaWorks, Roland’s powerful, easy-to-use professional RIP.

MU-1000 Mesh Printing Unit

The AJ-1000 now offers support for unlined mesh media, ideal for any application calling for the unique sheer look of mesh or outdoor graphics that may be exposed to excessive wind. Available as an option for the AJ-1000, the new MU-1000 mesh printing unit attaches and detaches easily from the AJ-1000, allowing professionals to quickly switch from standard grand-format media such as tarpaulin to unlined mesh media.

With a maximum print speed of 45m2/h (484 sqft/hr) at 360 dpi resolution, and a maximum print resolution of 1440 x 1440 dpi, the SJ-1045IS is well suited for even the largest applications including billboards, banners, vehicle wraps and large production runs.

The SJ-1045IS features a range of enhancements including the new IS-1000 high capacity ink delivery system, newly added print modes, a heavy-duty media handling system and VersaWorks™ RIP software.
